Returns If your item becomes faulty within 30 days of receipt, you will be offered the choice of a refund or, if stock is still available of that particular piece, a replacement.
If your item becomes faulty after 30 days but within six months of receipt, we will offer our choice of a refund, replacement (if stock is still available) or repair unless we, at our sole discretion, determine that the fault has arisen through misuse of the item.
Please note that we shall not be liable for any defect in items arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, if you use an item in a way that we do not recommend, your failure to follow our instructions, or any alteration or repair you carry out without our prior written approval.
To return faulty items to us, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your order email stating your reasons for return. Cancellations You also have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund by informing us in writing that you wish to do so at any time within 14 days of receipt of your item. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the item and any delivery sums.
If you cancel your order after we have already sent the item out, you must return the item to us at Bridesmaid Bracelet Returns, You & Your Wedding, Immediate Media, Vineyard House, 44 Brook Green, London GB W6 7BT, within 14 days of giving us notice of your cancellation, in an unused and re-saleable condition with all the original packaging, and at your own cost.
Refunds We are not liable for returned items which are lost in transit, so it is important that you use an insured delivery method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of such approval being notified to you.
